44-53 degrees; cloudy with early fog; winds out of the E or ESE, 6-12 mph.
Observations:
A Ring-billed Gull repeatedly harassed a fishing Osprey and ultimately
chased it off.
A pair of Green-winged Teal on the pond.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
