Greetings MDOspreyers,
 
This morning there were two Yellow-crowned Night Herons 
at nests on Windsor Mill Road at the edge of Leakin Park. 
We are so happy to see our herons back again.  
 
On Friday, Paul saw a Red-tailed Hawk carrying a stick to a 
nest in Druid Hill Park in one of his atlas blocks. On 
Sunday, we saw a hawk on the nest. Actually, that's not literally 
true. The nest, although it didn't look like much from below, 
completely hid the hawk. We realized one was present 
only when it flew from the nest.
