A couple of hours of birding around Kinder Farm Park resulted in 36 species. Mostly the usual suspects but of interest were:

American Kestrel (a pair - good news as these seemed sparse in Kinder last year)
Palm Warbler (our first warbler of the year)
Osprey (a pair who set up camp a few weeks ago on the lights over the playing fields)
Eastern Towhee (a stunning male singing his heart out)
Red-shouldered Hawk (a number of these at Kinder and they seem to have become used to humans)
Eastern Phoebe
Tree Swallow
Barn Swallow
Northern Flicker (a feeding flock of about 12 on the ground)
Golden-crowned Kinglet (a pair)
Field Sparrow (bouncing balls all over the place for past two weeks)
apologize for non-taxonomic order

ps: The Hermit Thrush that we reported on earlier who had shown up at our feeders here in Millersville on 23 January has been here every day since and was still there yesterday 4 April. We're gonna miss that guy when he leaves.
