Rick Sussman just called and asked me to post his sighting from this
morning:

He reports a Swallow-tailed Kite flying over the Blue Mash Nature
Trail area heading south toward Rt. 108, in Montgomery County.  He
saw the bird about 11:15 and had only a short sighting as the bird
was heading south.
