Speaking of Kestrels, there is a courting pair that's been displaying over 
L'Enfant Plaza in DC recently.  I'm not sure what building they're 
evaluating as a nest site, but they're clearly on the market... I hope they 
can afford DC housing prices though.  Mortgage rates are climbing!
