This Saturday, 16 April, Ken Drier (; or 410-658-9955) will lead a Wildflowers & Birds walk for the Cecil Bird Club. This walk starts below Conowingo Dam and proceeds south along the river trail. Although recent high water has affected the trail conditions, this often is a spectacular show of woodland flowers and early breeders/migrants. Meet Ken at the Fisherman's Parking Lot at Conowingo Dam at 8 am. for a 1/2 day trip.
