Weather:
45-51 degrees; mostly sunny skies turning over to mostly cloudy; winds from the east 5-17 mph.
Observations:
Continued northeast/east winds have likely kept numbers low, and forecasts predict more of the same over the next few days. Leucistic Turkey Vulture seen again today. We were able to watch it in flight and see big white shoulder patches, white belly, and white trailing edges on wings.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
