Weather:
58-77 degrees; sunny in the morning followed by nice cumulus clouds in the afternoon; winds mostly from the northwest, 6-10 mph.
Observations:
Very pleasant day with eleven raptor species. An immature Bald Eagle
appeared to be catching insects in flight.
Yesterday we had our first Laughing Gulls, Green Heron and Ruby-throated
Hummingbird.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
