Observers:
Weather:
49-55 degrees; sunny skies; winds from the northeast or east, 15-17 mph,
gusting to 24 mph.
Observations:
Saved from a shutout by a lone migrant kestrel. A low and close adult Bald
Eagle out for an afternoon stroll in the strong winds sent the
milling-about Turkey Vultures and resident crows into flapping avoidance
mode.
