52-66 degrees; sunny skies changing over to mostly cloudy over the course of the day; west winds becoming very strong in the afternoon, 12-22 mph, gusting to 28 mph.
Observations:
An adult Peregrine Falcon rudely said hello to two Rock Pigeons.
Numerous Blue Jays, American Goldfinches, swallows, swifts, and martins.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
