44-49 degrees; sunny sky quickly turned to almost complete cloud cover with threats of rain, which resulted in on and off showers and dark skies;
strong winds from the west turning to the southwest and calming some.
Observations:
A modest flight. Many birds were very high in spite of the cool temps and
cloud cover.
Royal, Caspian and Least Terns again today.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
