Hi all,

Happy May Day! What a beautiful day it finally turned
out to be (I had my doubts early on). Out really
early, and came back to find a pair of Rose-Breasted
Grosbeaks at the feeders. Had an Osprey and a few Red
Shoulders fly over, and a Kingfisher. Checked in on
the Killdeer family, all were alive and well. There
were a bunch of kids out there last evening playing
paintball, so I was a little worried something may
have happened to one of the little ones, but I finally
found all three of the chicks. It was really tough
coming in to work today...
