Speaking of aggressive bird behavior, yesterday at our little pond a female
cowbird kept chasing away a male robin (nearly twice her size) who dared to
interrupt her bathtime. Afterwards, she sat and preened as two male cowbirds
competed for her attention.

finches
| and sparrows that frequent that feeder of sunflower kernels.
