Greetings,

Yesterday I spent a small part of the day hiking with my wife and daughter
at the Fair Hill NRA in northwestern Cecil County. There wasnt a whole lot
around to get excited about (a few warblers and the such); however I was
very pleased to get some great looks a 8 Bobolinks that were frolicking
about in the field in front of the Gallaher Road Parking area. I also
found 30+ Eastern Kingbirds hawking bugs in a field off of McKinney Town
Road south of North East. This is the second time I have found large
kingbird flocks foraging on the ground in fields this time of year. Is
this a common thing for kingbirds during migration?

Good Birding,
