We still have our Junco and I just realized why, he has a broken or damaged 
wing.  He isn't flying but hopping around the yard.  We see him daily so he 
must be staying close by.  Do we need to do anything or just let nature take 
its course?

This morning we had a first.  We saw at least 2 Scarlet Tangers fly into a 
tree in our yard.  We've never seen them before let alone in our yard.
