I made a quick stop into Fair Hill this morning at the Gallagher Rd spot.
I wish I didn't have to go to work this morning. About 5 minutes produced,
Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, Myrtle, Chestnut-sided,
Nashville, Black and White, Parula, Prairie, Ovenbird, and both Orioles.

Also, 3 mornings in a row a Hooded Warbler has taken up the woods in my
back yard.
