On Friday afternoon I saw a sub-adult Mississippi Kite over I-495 in between 
Clara Barton Parkway and River Road.  The bird headed west over the tree 
tops and I managed to not wreck the work van.  Sorry for the late post, 
haven't been around a computer since.
