For those Virginia birders who work in DC and are near Constitution

Garderns, there was a nice group of migrants around the War Memorial,

which is south of the WWII memorial. Highlight was a Philadelphia

vireo. Other birds inlcuded no. parula, am. redstart, yellow-rumped

warbler, blackpoll warbler, yellow warbler, magnolia warbler,

black-throated blue warbler, ovenbird, wood thrush, Swainson's thrush,

rose-breasted grosbeak, great-crested flycatcher, Baltimore oriole, and

a ton of catbirds.
