It is not too often that I have anything of interest to post from my small
yard. However, today as I did some yard work I saw an adult, white-morph
White-throated Sparrow on the grass. It then hopped into a shrub, and I
was unable to call it out again.
However, after I went inside, I kept my eye on the grass and the bush and
saw the bird re-emerge onto the grass. It feed in the open under my feeder
and a various locations on the grass for about 45 minutes.
