First spotted by David Smith ~ 9:28 am, Near the intersection of MD Rte. 77  
{Rocky Ridge Road} and Old Frederick Road - DeLorme page 72, B {about .2 to 
C},  3 {right on the line}. First on the telephone cable north of then 
intersection  {Old Frederick Road} about 150 yards from Rte. 77, then in the field to 
the east  on a weed stalk. Later seen by 3 Frederick County MOSers, picture 
taken - in  field, then flew to the first large tree on Rte. 77 east of Old 
Frederick  Road, then toward trees south of Rte. 77. {Picture - I'll sent it to
