Due to time constraints, I was never able to post all my summertime atlasing
adventures in Worcester, but I noticed that Gull-billed Tern was missing on
the comp list .

I had two adults just south of Public Landing (Worcester) while atlasing by
boat on 24 June. The exact location on topo maps is Knox Marsh. They were
first seen in flight, then perched on a little mud flat, then in flight
again. They were quite vocal (love the call) and I got a number of photos:
www.pbase.com/wcbirding/gbte. Not too far from the Vaughn/North WMA ponds,
were this species has shown up on a number of times in late-summer.
