This report is submitted on behalf of Jan Reese of Talbot
County, who continues to periodically survey the flora and fauna of Poplar
Island.  

            These sightings include the birds seen on July 19, August 01 and
August 11, 2005.  Some of the birds were seen from the boat during the trip
from Tilghman Island and back. The first numerical entry in the table for
each species refers to 7/19, the second refers to 8/1, and the third refers
to 8/11.
