Today, mid-afternoon, I was mountain biking my favorite trail down in
Cedarville State Forest when I heard the most mysterious bird call that
I cannot ID.  It had a kind of hollow tone, almost like a Mourning Dove
(but it wasn't that), and a slow pace that only barely picked up speed
toward the end.  It sounded off about seven times in a row; Poe? (a
*slight* uptone, questioning on the end of the note) Poe? (a couple of
seconds of silence) Poe?  Poe?  Poe?  Poe?  Poe?

Anyone have any clues for me?
