Gwen just called and advised me there was a small flock of herons in the Mattawomen at Rt. 228 at the PG. - Charles Co. line.  I went over to see what was there.  I found two Great Blue, three Green, and 10 Great Egrets.

Things are on the move so keep your eyes open.
