Hello people. I just wanted to let everyone know that last night we had at least 1 inch of rain up here in Cecil County and the result is no more mud flat in the pond. My guess is for at least another week. This pond is a sediment pond from the housing development next door. It did its job last night. Unfortunately the only shore birds in there this morning was 2 Pectoral Sandpipers a couple of Yellowlegs and a few Least Sandpipers flying around looking for a place to land. This afternoon. Nothing.
