We birded Middle Patuxent this morning and were delighted to fine 16 species of warblers -

    Blue winged (1) Tennessee (1) N Parula (1) Chestnut-S (4) Magnolia (2) BTB (1) BTG (2) Blackburnian (2) Blackpoll (1) B and W (5) Redstart (4) Worm-eating (2) Ovenbird (3) Kentucky (4) C Yellowthroat (2) CANADA (7).
    Plenty of empids- 12 or more. (One probable Least, most Acadian and Pewees. Also Veery, wood thrush, yb cuckoo, orchard oriole and SONG, FIELD and CHIPPING.
