Hello everyone. When I was out cutting the grass this evening I had a pair of Nighthawks fly over heading South toward Turkey Point. Believe it or not I had a slow year starting out this season, especially in the spring, and have to admit that these Nighthawks were year birds for me. I'm glad I got this one out of the way. Maybe when I am weed whacking tomorrow I will get Harlequin's and Eiders. That would complete my year. Ha.

Oh by the way for anyone interested in Williams Road Pond. The water has started to recede and is starting to get activity back into it. Tonight I had Glossy Ibis, Little-blue Heron, a few yellow legs, Solitary, and a few peep at the other end. I didn't scope them out. I was in too much of a hurry.
