Hello all. Early this afternoon we had great looks to what I believe is a Juvenile Bairds Sandpiper at Williams Road Pond again. That is until a Coopers Hawk kept trying to get a Sandpiper meal. Half the birds took off, and didn't come back while we were there. I do have 3 photo's that might show the bird well enough to be identified if anyone would be interested in seeing them please let me know. I was having camera difficulties. At one point the bird couldn't have been any farther away than 75 to 100 feet. Also there were good numbers of Pectorals and Least Sandpipers around.
