Mike Walsh et al reported the off again on again Wilson's Phalarope 
was seen at the Rt. 50 borrow pit this afternoon. Also 3 Wilson's 
Snipe and other more expected species. After the W's Storm-Petrels 
seen in Wicomico earlier, we'll fantasize about a county miracle 
Wilson's sweep with the Plover.
