This AM at Kenilworth Park the persistent imm Cooper's Hawk was 
harrassing, not the 30+ Killdeers, but various crows and an imm 
Red-shoulder - I suppose out of general belligerence.  The Pectoral 
Sandpipers were no longer present.

Earlier this week along the Anacostia, I noticed, as also posted by 
others, unusually large numbers of Balto. Orioles - all imm's in small 
groups.
