Hi all,
Sorry I haven't got a chance to alert MDOSPREY
yesterday about the juv Red-ncked Phalarope I saw
Thurs. Went right to the firehouse afterward to relax
with others and got one fire call, but was cancelled
enroute. I went back yesterday to find it but was
not seen again. The Tricolored Heron is very rare in
Baltimore but I've heard some possible nesting at
nearby Ft. Carroll in Patapsco R.
