Hello all,

I birded Lake Roland this evening and had a few exciting birds.
Not much in the way of warblers, but there's always tomorrow.

Highlights:

Great Blue Heron: 3
BCN Heron: 3 adult, 1 imm
G. Heron: 2
Gadwall: 1 
Wood Duck: 1 female
L. Yellowlegs: 3
Killdeer: 2
Chimney Swift: hundreds overhead
C. Nighthawk: 2  Flew right over the lake in the twilight. Nice.
Barred Owl: 1
Pileated Woodpecker: 2
G. Catbird: 9
WB Nuthatch: 3
BG Gnatcatcher: 1
E. Kingbird: 2
Phoebe: 1
Empid. sp.: 2
YB Cuckoo: 1
C. Yellowthroat: 1
Yellow Warbler: 1
Scarlet Tanager: 1
Balt. Oriole: 1
