Signs of life at last in Ft. Bayard Park this morning. My efforts to see some of this "fall migration" everyone's been talking brought me little but starlings earlier this week, but today finally brought some birds worth mentioning.

Migrants of note were a Black & White Warbler, a Rose-breasted Grosbeak (female), and a flyover Baltimore Oriole. Also of interest, though probably not exactly a migrant, was the first Pileated Woodpecker I've seen in the park to date (a male).
