Birding in Worcester since Thursday noonish. Highlights yesterday, 1 Philadelphia Vireo and 1 ad. m. Hooded Wqrbler (only my 2nd for AI) at Assateague/Bayside/Inland.

No flight at Bayside this am. Highlight was a real western vagrant - Marshall Iliff! Tried to sneak into Worcester when my back was turned. Caught! Only a very few warblers, 1 Canada. Also 8 Sandwich Terns going up the Bay.

We have (and are) doing a sea watch from AI. It's slow but we persist. Small numbers of terns headed North, including another 8 sandwiches. Can a Sooty be far behind??
