An American Kestrel was feasting on insects attracted to the lights at RFK 
Stadium in Washington last night, 9/21.  The bird remained from at least the 
7th to 9th innings as it hoped, in vain, for some late-game heroics by the 
Nationals against the San Francisco Giants.
