Greetings,

Its been a while... Yesterday I took my daughter and I joined Richard
Donham, Bill Collins, and the infamous Charlie Gant at the turkey point
Hawk Watch in hope that the front would bring in birds. It was my first
trip to the site this year (only 10 minutes from my house). The movment was
steady, though numbers were a little low considering the weather. While I
was there (1030-1145) we saw the following birds: Turkey and Black Vulture,
Am. Kestrel, Peregrin Falcon, Cooper's, Sharpie, Broad-winged, Red-
shouldered, Bald Eagle, and four woodpeckers including RED-HEADED and
Pileated.

Incidently, on Tuesday (I think) Pat Valdata had a Brown Creeper in the
park.

Good Birding,
Chris.
