We still have room on our October 22 pelagic trip out of Lewes, DE. This is an
underexplored time of year, and we're not quite sure what to expect. One of
the few organized October trips out of our area found New Jersey's (and
possibly the North Atlantic's) only record for Buller's Shearwater.
This should be a good time of year for jaegers, Fulmars, Greater and Manx
Shearwater, Kittiwake, Red Phalarope, Gannets, loons, scoters, and other
migrating seabirds.
The trip is scheduled to run from 6:00 AM to about 5:00 PM, and we plan on
visiting both DE and MD waters. The cost is $110. If you would like to sign
up for this trip or need more information, please contact us.
