Hello All,
I hoped to make some quick rounds looking for migrants brought in by the latest cold front (and finally, some cold fronts with a nice temperature drop and a northwest breeze). However, I spent too much time frustrated by two different tape players that would not play the screech owl tape. Anyway, my consolation was an adult male Cape May Warbler seen on my farm (MD). It retained just a hint of chestnut on the side of its face. (new for the year - #146). Other warblers on the farm inc. Pine, Palm and Yellow-Rump. Winter Wren was a new arrival. Also had a small group of warblers on Kinder Rd (MD) that inc. 4 Parula, a Maggie, a B&W and a baypoll type.

Good Birding,
