Season Change in Talbot County

    What a difference a day makes!  Lots of brand new arrivals over here
near Tunis Mills today.  Birds around my yard this morning were:
 
First of Season-
    White-throated Sparrows - over 30 along the driveway 
    Junco 
    Chipping Sparrows 
    Song Sparrows
    Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers (2)
 
Also present -
    Bald Eagle - carrying a large piece of cornstalk towards its local nest
    Bluebirds - examining one of the nest boxes
    Palm Warbler
    Yellow-rumped Warbler
    Common Yellowthroat
    Belted Kingfisher
    Ruby-crowned Kinglet
    Pileated Woodpecker
    Brown Thrasher (2)
    Killdeer (fly-over of a flock of 14)
    
And the usual supply of - Blue Jays, Cardinals, Goldfinch, Canada Geese
(over 600), Common Grackles, Starlings, House Finch, Robins, Mockingbird,
Flickers, Carolina Chickadee, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Great Blue Heron and
Carolina Wrens.
