FYI-- Meadowside Nature Center in Rockville is hosting a van trip to 
Wings Over Water Birding Festival on the outer banks Nov 1-4. Two last 
minute cancellations have opened up 2 spaces on the trip. Trip includes 
guided bird walks and programs by NPS and TNC staff members. For details
