On Friday afternoon the Neotropic Cormorant was on a rock in the rapids,
about 200 yards downstream from the log it used to favor. Visible from the usual
spot. According to Rick Sussman and others it was there about 2:45-3:30PM. It
then flew across the river and into the golf course, dropping down upriver of
the water intake. Googlemap shows some big ponds there.
