Still tons of birds at the DC McMillian Reservoir.  Best parking on 600 Block of Harvard street, just east of Georgia Ave.  Diving ducks, etc. staying in extreme NW sector of reservoir where Harvard runs right into it.  Moday should also bring in more waterfowl after the front passes Saturday night.
