The bird was also present off and on in the early afternoon from noon
until about 1:45 occasionally on it's favorite snag but also a short
way down river and across the river near the bank of the golf course.
It was alone and very active.

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Neotropic Cormorant Present 11-6-05
I observed the Neotropic Cormorant from 8:00 - 9:00 AM this morning at
Violette's Lock. The bird was sunning on a log at the start of the
rapids perched next to a DC Cormorant. Both birds were in silouette
because of the morning light which highlighted the size difference.
