BTB Warbler in DC

I saw a male black-throated blue warbler at the National Arboretum this 
afternoon, in NE DC. I also had both kinglets, an eastern phoebe, and 
three eastern bluebirds. Yesterday morning, I refound the red-breasted 
nuthatches at the arboretum, still in the pines across the road from the 
Asian Garden.
