MD Osprey:

It was reported that the bird was not seen Monday morning (10/31). I was at 
the spot Monday afternoon with several other birders and there had been 
coverage all day; between two and five Double-cresteds were around, but no 
Neo. Mike and Joy Bowen walked down river to the next lock and saw about 10 
Double-cresteds, but no Neo. I left around  3:30 and the bird had not been 
seen. Dave Czaplak was just arriving as I left, so since nothing has been 
posted I assume it was not seen later either.
