There was a lot going on at HH this afternoon, in the impoundments and in the 
first fields (and wet woods) on the right after you walk past the 
impoundments.  The most noteworthy sightings were:  Baltimore Oriole (fall immature 
male), Red-breasted Nuthatch, Winter Wren (a pair at one time), Fox Sparrow, Purple 
Finch (female) and Merlin.  Species total:  39.  The complete list:
