Hi All. Laura Balascio, the Elkton Christmas Count coordinator/compiler, asked me to put a note out that we need help for the count. Many people are asking me all of the time where can I find this bird and that bird in Cecil County. Well, here is your opportunity to build up your Cecil County list.
