  yesterday 11 - 14 - 05 leaving work there was a flock of about 200
blackbirds in a field along the lane. The flock was half Red Winged
Blackbirds and half Starlings 20 Brown Headed Cowbird with Several
Grackles in the mix. One bird caught my attention when they were up and
flying around . It stood out with its ghostly image . Head and neck
normal pattern but very pale in color , wings sightly off white in color,
Back also off white to white down to and incukding the tail . The under
side of the bird also off white in color to white under the tail . The
flock was very active in feeding . Weather was cloudly time of day was
about 4:30 PM. also 1 female cowbird had a couple of white feathers in its
tail.
