For Rick & Others. As Paul O'brien posted earlier. The bird was seen
today from 10:30 until 11:30 (when I left; it may have been seen after that
time too).

The bird was not interested in coming out for crowds of 1 & 2 but it
recognized superb birders Paul and Rob right away and decided to put on a
show. Rob spotted it after they had been there 3 minutes (I had been there
since 7:45 am and Fred Shaffer and Bob Ringler were both there soon after I
got there).

Directions:
From the Baltimore Beltway, take I-83 North to Route 137. Take 137 East
for a short distance where it dead-ends and turn right and then immediately
left onto Monkton Road. Follow Monkton Road until it crosses the river and
then park in the lot on the left. Follow the trail North of the road and
follow the instructions in Bob Ringler's post from yesterday morning. It
was (as Bob said) just beyond the dilapidated old building on the right
side of the trail. This morning it was mostly down low in the brush moving
from place to place (on the East side of the trail) but has reportedly been
(yesterday) on either side.
