Hi all,
I don't understand why it matters, as long as the person posts WHERE he saw the birds.
Would you expect an out of stater to do such?
Please note I'm not trying to cause trouble here, I just would like to understand the "etiquette" of posting where a birder resides.

The last two recent postings, ie the N. Waterthrush in DE and the McMillan
Reservoir sightings etc. do not include any sort of sign-off (other than just
Jason). It is considered proper list etiquette to sign your name and
location at the end of your post. Norm mentions this time and again throughout the
year, and its bothersome when folks don't regard this.
